As a Line Manager, you will work closely with the development team.

- 1-on-1s, mentoring and coaching, performance and salary reviews
- Conducting recruitment/interviewing as needed
- Listening, observing, mining for conflicts and seeking commitment.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be comfortable managing a team of employees across disciplines and have experience with interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. You will also require skills in the following areas:
- Evaluating performance alongside Team Leads, production and directors
- Working with setting salaries and holding salary reviews
- Being open to other’s perspectives and taking on board feedback.
