Lead/Senior developer

Our clients create immersive experiences for brands, consumers, and employees through creative technology.  Offering an in-house end-to-end solution from concept to development, build, and on-site install.

They are looking for a lead/senior developer for an initial 6 month contract. There is also a good chance that this will extend to a permanent role! 


The right candidate will need to have a broad range of skills from coding themselves, managing a team of developers and developing detailed software architecture documents.

Below we have outlined the requirements that a successful candidate will need for this role.

  • Past experience developing the following type of projects
    • Virtual Reality
    • Augmented Reality
    • Projection mapping – desirable
    • Experience with a range of interactive technologies would be desirable
  • Proven ability to write and test code, refining and rewriting as necessary
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable contributing to creative brainstorms
  • Proven ability to rapid prototype ideas
  • Proven experience in writing technical software and hardware specification documents, pipelines, and test plans
  • Confident in briefing teams of developers – inhouse and remote workers
  • Key hands on skills required are a minimum of four years’ experience in some of or all of the below areas:
    • Unity or Unreal
    • C++, C#
    • HTML5
    • PHP
    • Android dev
    • ARCore / ARKit
    • VVVV- desirable
    • Immersive Display – desirable
