In this Lead Video Content Producer role, you will direct a small in-house video production team, setting team goals in line with departmental and business goals. You will also make sure that the team has all the skills and staff necessary to fulfil departmental goals in the long term.
To give you an idea of how this Lead Video Content Producer role would look and feel, here are some areas you can expect to work in:
- Prepare detailed production plans and manage budgets in alignment with marketing plans
- Be responsible for financial and legal aspects of production, negotiating budgets and legal terms
- Drive the production process, from development and pre-production to production and final delivery, resolving all challenges and production issues along the way
- Arrange and coordinate all assets required for CGI production, environments, game builds, etc
The successful Lead Video Content Producer applicant will have excellent knowledge of 3D and 2D animation production workflow and excellent organizational and project management skills. Additional qualifications include:
- Knowledge of China-specific marketing strategies and channels, as well as video production trends
- Good verbal communication and negotiation skills, as well as fluency in the English and Chinese language (both written and spoken)
- Managerial and leadership skills (developing teams and people, supporting junior team members)
- High computer literacy and ability to adapt to new tools
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite and video editing is a plus
