As a Lead Tech Programmer at this studio in Malmo, you will play a key role in mentoring and leading a brand new team of developers, striving to bring out the best in the team and create a high quality and impressive new AAA MMORPG game.

Lead Tech Programmer responsibilities:
- Mentor and lead a new tech team
- Drive development of features within your team
- Collaborate with other leads to ensure the project is high quality and cohesive
Key requirements for this role in Malmo:
- Experience shipping a game in a senior or lead tech role
- Significant prior professional experience working in C++
- Passionate about developing architecture and systems
