Lead Software Engineer key responsibilities:
- Work to improve products alongside Software Engineers, Product Managers, UI/UX and others
- Develop AR applications for custom hardware
- Help to shape the future of tech stacks and software flow
- Work in a research and development, product-driven culture
- Willing to take on new challenges and learn new things
Essential requirements for this role in London:
- University degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or similar
- Professional experience using C# or C++
- Experience with a modern 3D engine (ideally Unity 3D)
- Understanding of system design patterns, test driven development, performance optimisation
- Experience leading technical teams and project teams
- Experience translating the product vision into engineering goals
- Experience working with product managers or UX cross-functionally
- Experience designing and implementing large-scale systems
- Interested in working with AR in the construction industry
