As a Lead Programmer at this studio in Leamington Spa, you will play a key role in the future development of the studio, leading the coding team and all technical efforts for their huge and exciting game projects.

Lead Programmer key responsibilities:
- Develop technical designs and specifications for complex projects and implement them
- Work to create the highest quality product possible
- Test gameplay features throughout development, and refine them based on feedback
- Mentor the project engineering team
- Perform code reviews
- Maintain strong relationships with clients
Essential requirements for this role in Leamington Spa:
- Highly skilled in C++
- Significant prior games industry experience
- Have worked on two or more recently shipped AAA games
- Knowledge of industry development practices
- Have worked on post-launch or ongoing product development
- Experience with continuous integration and build automation
- Have worked in an agile development environment
