As a Lead Producer, you will lead by example and develop trust and respect amongst the team. You will direct and improve planning, development and release processes on a continuous basis to meet product vision and quality goals. 

In your first few weeks in this Lead Producer role, you can expect to: 

  • Partner closely with the leadership group and wider team to deliver on development and roadmap objectives 
  • Create clarity for the game team by working collaboratively with product managers and content developers 
  • Develop criteria and a framework for a successful live game and game updates 
  • Manage and work with the Production Team to organise and improve production processes and identify problems/blockers. 

To apply for this Lead Producer role, you will need extensive team leadership experience, inspiring high-performing teams. You will also require the following: 

  • An analytical mind with excellent people and communication capabilities 
  • Extensive and proven experience in game development and live games on multiple complex projects 
  • Applied expertise using Agile, Scrum, Lean and Waterfall on small and large-scale development 
  • Knowledge of MMORPGs would be ideal.
