As a Lead Producer at this studio in Stockholm, you will take on a pivotal role working on a project based on a well-known IP as you manage organisational and executional issue and guide your team throughout the process to ensure the title is delivered on time and to a high standard.

Lead Producer responsibilities: 

• Manage the production team 

• Help the team solve complex project management issues 
• Identify and improve bottlenecks 
• Enforce the project vision and quality 
• Oversee and manage team activities to ensure goals are completed on time 
• Provide progress updates to leadership 

Key requirements for this role in Stockholm: 

• Extensive experience of game development 
• Significant prior experience in an internal development production role 
• Have worked on two or more shipped AA+ multi-platform projects with credits in a management role 
• Experience working on large projects across multiple time zones 

• Understanding of various project management methodologies (Scrum/Agile) 
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint 
• Skills in project management tools such as JIRA 
• Understanding of open world games 
• Passionate about video games
