Lead Producer in London

As a Lead Producer at this studio in London, you will be a key part of the team as you take ownership over planning and execution across multiple teams, empowering teams to deliver a high-quality game and generally championing the development process throughout development. 

This studio is owned by a games giant and is home to several top-rated titles! Lead Producer key responsibilities: 

  • Ensure team goals are clear, set backlog priorities, ensure ownership of goals and build both long- and short-term plans 
  • Ensure transparent progress and risk reports 
  • Ensure releases are of the highest possible quality 
  • Iterate on processes to find the best way to deliver game updates 

Essential requirements for this role in London: 

  • Extensive prior experience in game production across a range of mobile titles 
  • Experience working on the entire process from concept prototyping to launch and live ops 
  • Experience working with a variety of development methods such as Agile SCRUM, kanban, team management 
  • Experience of project status and risk reporting 
  • Experience managing large, multi-disciplinary teams 
  • Desire to take a hands-on approach to game development 
  • Experience with Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Google Docs, Sheets and Slides

Aside from the Tube, London offers buses, river buses, black cabs, ‘Boris Bikes’ and trams, so getting around the city should never be a problem!
