Lead Lighting Artist in Leamington Spa

As a Lead Lighting Artist at this studio in Leamington Spa, you will be working with a hugely successful and talented team, driving lighting technology, delivering high quality lighting assets for the project, identifying opportunities and more. 

This studio is home to some of the biggest talent in the UK industry, and with several critically acclaimed, award-winning titles behind them, and some exciting new AAA games in development, this is an exciting time to join the team! Lead Lighting Artist responsibilities: 

  • Drive lighting technology and pipelines 
  • Ensure high quality lighting work is delivered across all areas of the project 
  • Identify any risks as well as opportunities for improvement 

Essential requirements for this role in Leamington Spa: 

  • Knowledge of lighting pipelines and new art techniques 
  • Interested in realistic lighting 
  • Knowledge of PBR materials 
  • Experience with leading a team 
  • Experience of working on AAA lighting pipelines 
  • Experience with 3DSMax 
  • Track record in similar roles
