Do you have experience creating high-quality 3D realistic environments using mainstream software such as 3DsMAX, Zbrush, Maya, Substance Painter, and Photoshop, and are you seeking a new remote role? Skillsearch is helping a global studio find a Senior Environment Artist, and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package. 

In your first few weeks in this Senior Environment Artist role, you can expect to: 

  • Work closely with global studios and internal teams in NetEase 
  • Complete all the relevant production and integration to environmental assets to enhance quality 
  • Support the concept team by effectively validating the early designs 
  • Ask for feedback proactively and share as much experience and knowledge as possible. 

To apply for this Senior Environment Artist role, you will need to have shipped a minimum of 3 AAA games as an Environment Artist. You will also require the following: 

  • Big picture thinking 
  • Ability to promote the development of efficiency and quality with all disciplines 
  • Skill in creating high-quality 3D realistic environments using mainstream software such as 3DsMAX, Zbrush, Maya, Substance Painter, and Photoshop 
  • Expert skill in Zbrush to sculpt high-resolution models 
  • The ability to paint texture in Substance Painter and Photoshop
