As a Lead Game Designer at this studio in Amsterdam, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the game vision is withheld across game design as you inspire the team and support them in their mission to reach creative success.
This AAA studio is home to one of the bestselling games of all time and is made up of a tight team of talented individuals. 4 years after the release of their flagship title, which is one of the highest selling games of all time, they are now working on a brand new, highly anticipated project... Lead Game Designer responsibilities:
- Lead the design team for the game
- Ensure the game vision is maintained across game design
- Manager all stages of the design process
- Inspire the team to lead them to creative success
- Guide and support the game design team
Key requirements for this role in Amsterdam:
- Expert in game design with significant prior experience in similar roles
- Have worked on one or more shipped AAA title
- Passionate and experienced leader
- Experience managing teams
- Passionate about games
