As a Lead Artist at this studio in Barcelona, you will be leading a team of artists and running artistic development for a new game project within the studio. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing the Technical Pipeline, Art Bible, Style Guides and Briefs for the project to align all teams on the game vision.

Lead Artist key responsibilities:

• Hold responsibility for the execution of all art on the project
• Facilitate strong communication between teams
• Create roadmaps alongside the Producer and Head of Product
• Create and communicate visions for new pipelines
• Hands-off role, sharing knowledge and facilitate learning

Essential requirements for this role in Barcelona:

• Significant prior experience in the games industry in an Art Director or Lead Artist role
• Can validate technical aspects of art
• Experience with 2D and 3D software such as 3DS Max and Photoshop
• Experienced in negotiation and change management
