As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will contribute to and be part of the team responsible for supporting and maintaining Kronos as a time management system and/or customer service activities (guidance, consultancy), ensuring that the service is accurate and timely. You will be working as part of an inclusive and collaborative team.
The specific tasks you will be taking on include:
- Translating business requirements into technical specifications and design
- Building, modifying and supporting pay rules, accruals and request managers
- Troubleshooting errors via pay rule analysis
- Managing configuration migrations utilizing PTM
To apply for this Senior Solution Consultant role, you will need relevant experience in a similar role. You will also require the following:
- Experience with Kronos standard reports and hyperfinds
- Experience managing configuration migrations using PTM
- Experience with standard reports.
