Are you a creative and detail-oriented Junior Designer with a passion for video games and brand design?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a talented in-house creative team, where you’ll work closely with senior creatives and product teams to deliver visually engaging, high-quality design work that supports global campaigns and brand identity.

What you'll be doing:

  • Collaborating with the Creative Director and Product Managers to develop and deliver engaging campaign assets across multiple platforms.
  • Taking ownership of design projects from concept through to final delivery, ensuring alignment with brand vision and campaign objectives.
  • Designing a wide variety of marketing assets for video games, including digital banners, logos, style guides, merchandise, and platform-specific creatives for PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, and Steam.
  • Managing multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining consistency across deliverables.
  • Using project management tools effectively to stay organised and ensure smooth creative workflow.
  • Reviewing and refining final assets to ensure accuracy, polish, and readiness for release.
  • Bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table that push creative boundaries and elevate brand presentation.

What we're looking for:

  • At least 2 years of design experience in an in-house creative team, agency, or freelance environment.
  • Experience in the gaming industry is essential, with a genuine enthusiasm for video game culture and aesthetics.
  • Strong understanding of visual design and branding, with the ability to create compelling assets that resonate with gaming audiences.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; familiarity with animation, video editing, or Blender is a plus.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing diverse, high-quality design work across campaigns and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interpret briefs and deliver creative solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Highly organised and adaptable, capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
