As an IT Recruiter, you will support the Director of Talent Acquisition in day-to-day functions, including sourcing, candidate communications, interviews and coordinating with the other departments. This position has an immediate and lasting impact on all company operations.
If you were already in this IT recruitment role, here are some of the areas you would have been working in this week:
- Talent sourcing, assessing, and interviewing qualified candidates
- Collaborating on processes and procedures for Shared Services functions
- Providing analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the Shared Services team
- Acting as a contact point and building candidate relationships during the selection process.
To apply for this Recruiter role, you will need a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field and 3-5 years of talent acquisition experience, with an emphasis on technical IT roles. You will also require the following:
- Good working knowledge of HRIS recruitment modules
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
- Superb communication, delivery of results, constructive skills, partnership skills and team-building skills
- Project management skills, including the successful leadership of projects from planning to completion.
