As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide desktop and laptop support, including but not limited to software and hardware issues and reinstallation of OS.
In your first few weeks in this IT Support Specialist role, you can expect to:
- Participate in information security operations
- Be responsible for the construction and maintenance of the network and weak current system, including switch and firewall configuration and tuning
- Assist each studio with computer hardware upgrades or replacements
- Communicate with studios regularly, understanding and collecting their IT requirements.
To apply for this IT Support Specialist role, you will need a computer science or other related qualification and at least four years of working experience in the IT sector. You will also require the following:
- Mastery of computer hardware installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Windows OS experience and knowledge, with good troubleshooting skills in Windows OS
- Familiarity with Linux scripting or Windows PowerShell, Notion, Slack, Node.JS and use scripting to achieve some automation in daily support
- Excellent communication skills with customers, peers, and partners.
