IT Support Engineer

As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing enterprise-level support to our internal teams. You will handle issues reported by in-house team members and see problems through from initial diagnosis to resolution. Please note this position is studio-based and we are unable to offer remote working. 

In your first few weeks in this IT Support role, you can expect to: 

• Handle high-level fault-finding and remedy more complex issues 
• Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues as required 
• Create and maintain internal knowledge documents for the company and team to reference 
• Use internal documentation or external resources to provide accurate technical solutions 

To apply for this IT Support Engineer role, you will need proven experience working in an IT support role and solid experience and knowledge of working within a Windows environment (Windows 7-10, Windows Server 2008R-2016). You will also require the following: 

• Practical knowledge of PC hardware and associated peripherals to component level 
• Good all-round experience in PC hardware maintenance and repairs 
• Good understanding of computer networking, including wireless 
• Exposure to Windows Server Active Directory Administration Tools 

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
