Are you an experienced IT Support Specialist with a passion for problem-solving and delivering outstanding technical assistance?

You’ll be responsible for diagnosing and resolving a wide range of technical issues, from system and network troubleshooting to software faults. Your ability to communicate clearly, prioritise effectively, and deliver timely solutions will be key to maintaining high service standards and customer satisfaction.

This position offers a flexible remote setup and the chance to work with the latest technologies in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide remote support for hardware and software issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, and application problems.
  • Diagnose and fix hardware or software faults efficiently.
  • Respond to service requests within agreed timeframes.
  • Prioritise and manage multiple open cases simultaneously.
  • Work continuously on assigned tasks until successful resolution.
  • Test, evaluate, and implement new technologies as required.

  • Strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
  • A solid understanding of software and operating systems.
  • Excellent listening and questioning abilities to diagnose issues accurately.
  • Confidence in communicating with clients and explaining solutions clearly.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • A strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
  • Fluency in German (required).
