IT Support

A dynamic technology company is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join their team in Munich. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing remote support for hardware and software issues, ensuring that technical problems are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide remote support for hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Respond to support requests within agreed time limits, ensuring timely call-out responses.
• Work continuously on tasks until completion, ensuring a high level of service.
• Prioritize and manage multiple open cases simultaneously.
• Test and evaluate new technologies to keep the systems updated.

Key Qualifications:

• Ability to think logically and solve problems efficiently.
• Good memory and understanding of software and operating systems.
• Excellent listening and questioning skills to understand client issues.
• Confidence in interacting with clients, explaining problems and their solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on customer service.
• Fluency in German is essential.
