International Tax Specialist in Singapore

As an International Tax Specialist at this studio in Singapore, you will look after corporate tax compliance engagement and tax advisory/execution. Within the role you will work in a dynamic environment and interact with several other business teams to ensure tax compliance and generally support business growth.

International Tax Specialist responsibilities: 

• Work with the finance department on tax compliance issues 
• Assist with quarterly tax accounting processes and other tax compliance issues 
• Work with business development, legal, commercial and finance teams to ensure all operations and transactions are structured in a tax efficient way 
• Research and analyse the impact of tax legislation and regulatory proposals 
• Identify potential risks and provide solutions 
• Design and lead implementation of optimal structures for new business initiatives 

Key requirements for this role in Singapore: 

• University degree (or equivalent experience) in Accounting or Taxation 
• Significant prior tax experience 
• Experience taking on responsibility for international tax works and regional tax matters 
• Organisational, analytical and project management skills 
• Able to take a hands-on approach to working with cross-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced dynamic environment 
• Fluent in both English and Chinese
