Remote HR/Payroll Data Manager

As an HR/Payroll Data Manager at this organisation, you will be working on an 18-month fixed-term contract on a fully remote basis as you set up and manage processes to ensure all HR data of the company stored in Workday is accurate and timeless. 

HR/Payroll Data Manager responsibilities: 

  • Create and maintain strong relationships with data owners across HR teams 
  • Create reports to review data 
  • Create data governance framework for HR 
  • Develop data audit processes across the global HR community 
  • Identify missing or incorrect data and coordinate updates in Workday 
  • Manage and report data issues within HR integrations suite 

Essential requirements for this remote role: 

  • Significant prior experience in HR data analysis working on HCM and payroll data 
  • Analysis skills 
  • Experience setting up data governance and data audit frameworks 
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills 
  • Track record of supporting HR integrations (monitoring, diagnosing and fixing data issues) 
  • Experience designing and creating system integrations 
  • Experience with Workday or CloudPay would be a bonus 
  • Experience with SAP Success Factors, ADP, etc.
