As an HR Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the HR operation execution in Montreal, including full employee lifecycle events such as onboarding, termination, transfer, compensation and benefits, data management, etc.
In your first few weeks in this HR Operations Manager role, you can expect to:
- Make sure the timeliness and accuracy of HR services, and continuously improve service levels and employee experience
- Understand the relevant HR policies in Canada, and establish a compliant, reasonable HR policy
- Be the point of contact for HR 3rd party service providers and continuously monitor and manage service provided
- Be responsible for the local HR operation process and execution
- Identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency and improve employee experiences
To apply for this HR role, you will need a Bachelor's degree or above, with international study or work experience in the USA, Canada, and UK in well-known companies preferred. You will also require:
- More than three years of global HR-related work experience and familiar with local labour-related laws and regulations
- Experience with HR operation, payroll, and the workday system
