As an HR Operations Manager, you will be responsible for sorting out and solving complex problems in the process, driving effective communication and establishing a corresponding mechanism to ensure the timeliness of services and continuously improve service levels and provide a better employee experience. You will also design and optimise HR policies related to whole employee life-cycle events, compensation and benefit, HR information data management.
In your first few weeks in this HR role, you can expect to:
- Design and optimise the HR policies related to whole employee life cycle events, compensation and benefit, HR information data management
- Manage HR 3rd party service in North America, improve and standardize the process
- Oversee the HR operations execution and service delivery and establish a mechanism for escalation
- Work with HQ teams, participate in HQ operation-related projects, support the enterprise HRIS system integrations and localization
To apply for this HR role, you will need a bachelor's degree or above, with international study or work experience in the USA, Canada, and/or UK in well-known companies (preferred). You will also require:
- More than five years of global HR-related work experience
- To be familiar with local labour laws and regulations
- Experience with HR operation, payroll, and the workday system
- Excellent communication and coordination skills (essential)
