Do you have human resources experience, and are seeking a new job in Portsmouth? Our client is looking for an HR Manager, and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.  

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do: 

  • Develop and manage the HR function in the studio 
  • Support and monitor teams to ensure studio ER issues are managed appropriately and promptly 
  • Coach team members on ER issues and involve the studio Leadership Team as and when required 
  • Work with managers to identify development needs for their teams 
  • Manage Employee Health and Safety, Welfare and well-being initiatives and facilities 

To apply for this role, you'll need to be a CIPD qualified or equivalent degree or experience. You'll also require: 

  • Strong technical knowledge of Employment Law legislation and HR practices 
  • The ability to develop creative solutions and new approaches, plus proactively initiate change and continuous improvement 
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capability 
  • Experience creating and analysing HR metrics to find root causes and drive appropriate solutions
