As an HR Manager, you will collaborate with senior leadership and studio executives to understand the organisation's goals and strategy, talent management, compensation and benefits, change management, compliance, training and development aims, and more! 

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do in a typical week: 

  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment of business objectives and delivery throughout the employee lifecycle 
  • Work with local and international leaders and stakeholders to provide HR support in the UK 
  • Identify gaps in the current process and procedure 
  • Oversee recruitment, selection and the onboarding process, and manage the company’s appraisal system. 

To apply for this HR role, you will need a bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field and at least 10 years of progressive human resources management experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role, ideally from the Gaming/Technology/Entertainment industries. You will also require the following: 

  • Experience working for a large international corporation and a start-up company 
  • Proven track record in building, managing and optimising HR-related processes and functions 
  • Knowledge of UK employment and labor laws and regulations.
