As an HR Generalist, you will cover all aspects of the talent life cycle, hire to retire, recruitment onboarding, employee relations, and exit. You will need to be a bit “pedantic” about the wording and how they might phrase some of the policy and process material.
In your first few weeks in this HR role, you can expect to:
- Provide standards and examples from the bigger offices of what those products should look like
- Create those products for the smaller offices
- Put yourself in the shoes of a small office in Vietnam and write policies and processes so that they work for them.
To apply for this HR Generalist role, you will need international experience in multiple countries. You will also require the following:
- A background in policy and process
- Ability to work with someone with a 60% capacity
- Experience in international HR would be advantageous.
