HR Coordinator in Toronto

As an HR Coordinator at this studio in Toronto, you will be using your organisational skills as well as your interest in the recruitment process to support the team in posting job ads, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, onboarding, offboarding and a whole lot more.

HR Coordinator responsibilities: 

• Liaise with recruitment agencies and candidates 
• Review resumes and enter candidates into the system 
• Post and manage job ads 
• Schedule and conduct candidate interviews 
• Schedule candidate testing 
• Create bi-weekly reports 
• Help with onboarding, offboarding and review scheduling 
• Update and improve company policies and procedures 
• Work on HR and recruitment tasks or project as required 

Key requirements for this role in Toronto: 

• Significant prior experience in a Recruitment, HR or Operations role 
• Experience helping with the hiring process 
• Skilled in Google Suite and Cloud-based systems 
• Friendly and professional 
• Able to work in Canada
