HR Business Analyst – 12950

Have you previously worked as a Business Analyst within a HR division? Do you understand HR systems and want to work on Workday projects? This could be the perfect role for you…

As a HR Business Analyst in London, you will be working in the Human Resources department, to support operations and projects. The projects you will be working on will all be related to HR systems, particularly Workday. This broad role will cover several phases within a project including requirements gathering, tracking implementation, and managing the rollout plan. You will be joining an established HR systems team including Workday analysts, reporting specialists and data managers!

Requirements

  • Experience working on HR systems projects and preferably Workday projects, with a good understanding of HR processes and data
  • Exposure to technical areas such as Application Management, systems analysis/architecture and, information/IT security
  • Project management and business analysis skills as well as vendor management skills
  • Delivery focused with the aim to deliver great projects to customers and stakeholders across the globe

Responsibilities

  • Working across the global HR community and performing analysis of business and completing the project management on small to medium sized HR systems projects
  • Working with the head of HR systems and the project associate to coordinate projects within the HR project portfolio, coordinating the HR system projects with the HR teams
  • Working alongside the Workday analysts to deliver system changes and, where required, working with the Business Sponsors to identify vendors ensuring that everything aligns to IT Architectural principles and information security policies
  • Closely working with the HR Reporting and Data leads to ensure all the requirements have been included in the scope of the project, checking in with the Head of HR Systems to ensure the project lifecycle, software development lifecycle and project governance are adhered to
