HR & Payroll Specialist

Do you have payroll experience, and are you seeking a new remote role? Skillsearch is helping a remote-based company find a full-time HR & Payroll Specialist, and the role comes with an attractive salary of up to £35,000 and a benefits package. 

As a Payroll Specialist, you will perform all life-cycle payroll transactions and activities to ensure the processing of an accurate and timely payroll. 

To give you an idea of how this Payroll role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do: 

• Independently process payroll from end to end according to the defined standards and client requirements 
• Monitor and manage ticket queues using the appropriate tools 
• Understand and interpret a payslip and follow the payroll calendar 
• Produce and understand standard and client-specific payroll reports 
• Answer payroll-related questions and requests 

To apply for this role, you'll need advanced Slovenian and communicative English skills. You'll also require: 

• 2-3 years of relevant experience administering Payroll or Health and Welfare/Benefits in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or Corporate environment 
• Strong knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint 
• Attention to detail 

• Excellent written and verbal skills
