As a remote Head of Talent Acquisition within Europe and APAC, you will be operating at a strategic level to formulate and implement strategies to attract the very best talent for our team. You will build out and develop a world class team that will attract the best within tech, blockchain and gaming fields.

This company is in a period of hyper-growth and offers a fantastic opportunity to shape and deliver an end-to-end recruitment experience.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in recruiting with a proven track record in a relevant industry
• Experience managing and building a team and of scaling up the size of a team
• Expert in proactive and attraction-based recruitment methods
• Results oriented and able to manage multiple tight deadlines whilst adapting and prioritising in a fast-paced environment
• Stakeholder and candidate management skills

Responsibilities

• Building a world class recruitment function that enables the firm to attract and hire great talent from around the world efficiently to scale a team
• Working in collaboration with firm leadership to set out and execute a talent strategy
• Using leadership skills to manage a high-quality team
• Manage end to end hiring processes, partnering with our marketing team to help develop an employer brand externally and internally
• Reporting robustly on recruitment in a way that enables the firm to make better data-based decisions
