As the Head of Management Systems at this organisation in Reading, you will be working closely with Corporate head office to plan and deliver a new management system model across the UK. The role will involve developing best practices of the system in line with requirements and standards, and leading and implementing aspects such as environment, quality, and more. It is important to note that some travel within the UK is required for this role.

Head of Management systems responsibilities:

• Implement the sustainability model and manage strategic lines to comply with legislation
• Ensure ISO and other certifications are gained and maintained
• Manage the audit program to ensure all nonconformities are corrected
• Conduct risk assessments
• Take part in the culture of continuous improvement
• Regulate, control, and improve management system aspects throughout the UK business unit
• Work on new business initiatives and projects
• Create and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure optimal performance

Key requirements for this role in Reading:

• Track record of leading a quality and management system
• Strong background in ISO standards
• Experience in health, safety and environment
• Continuous improvement methodology experience
• Experience of managing a multidisciplinary team
• Strong focus on change and innovation
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Chartered member of IOSH
