Head of Growth – 12927

Do you have experience in growth marketing and feel ready to take on a head role? Have you successfully managed projects in a Web3 and Blockchain space? This could be the perfect role for you!

As the Head of Growth, you will be fully remote from within Europe or APAC and identifying market opportunities from home. You will be responsible for creating and executing growth strategies in a role which is strategic and hands on. You will be managing and mentoring your team to scale up successful growth activities and provide strategic counsel to the marketing leadership team on the emerging market opportunities as well as customer trends and product innovation.

Requirements

  • Experience in growth marketing or a similar relevant field and a degree in marketing, communications, or another related area
  • A successful track record of building, growing, and managing projects in the Web3/Blockchain/NFT space
  • Understanding of building models, measuring outcomes and the impacts of your work
  • Motivated to stay on top of technological and market developments with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and distributed work environments

Responsibilities

  • Defining, building, and executing the strategic growth plan and driving multi-channel and multi-market growth strategy
  • Leveraging the Web3 marketing outreach strategies and growth marketing practices to grow the community
  • Proactively identify channel optimisations and growth opportunities and communicating with partners in marketing, business development, product, and engineering
  • Organizing sponsorships and paid partnerships as well as coordinating press opportunities and appearances and work cross-functionally to create engaging content
