If you are an experienced Head of Client Services looking for a great job in an award-winning London games studio, read on! This Head of Client Services, and the role comes with a salary of £75,000 and an attractive benefits package. 

As Head of Client Services, you will be working with some of the biggest brands in the video games/entertainment industry. You will play a pivotal role in the Senior Leadership Team, heading up client services, business development and marketing teams/functions. 

In your first few weeks in this Head of Client Services role, you can expect to: 

  • Contribute to the company business plan by devising new business, account management and marketing strategies that contribute to the growth 
  • Develop relationships with new and existing senior client contacts and decision-makers in key client accounts across the industry 
  • Oversee the creation and development of client account plans and contact strategies for target accounts and diversification into new product pillars or opportunities within our biggest client 
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reporting on key account progress, team progress and progress of team objectives in the business plan. 

To apply for this Head of Client Services role, you will need significant Director-level experience in a client-facing sales and/or account management role within client services, in an agency or creative production environment. You will also need: 

  • Substantial team building and people management experience 
  • Significant experience and responsibility in commercial operations and sales financials 
  • Outstanding experience building sales and Account Management strategies at an agency level 
  • Goold relationship-building, influencing, communication and presentation skills.
