HCM Consultant Talent & Performance

Are you an experienced Workday HCM Consultant certified in Talent and Performance, looking for a fully remote, full-time role across the US, Canada, or India?

This is an opportunity to join a values-driven Workday services team that supports organisations through a comprehensive managed services programme. You will provide expert functional support for Talent & Performance while contributing to wider HCM workstreams, helping clients optimise their Workday environments and achieve long-term stability and scalability.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing global functional support for Talent & Performance, along with one or more additional HCM modules such as Recruiting, Absence, Benefits, Core or Advanced Compensation, Learning, Reporting, Payroll, Security, Time Tracking, PRISM, PEX or Data Conversion
• Acting as the primary functional specialist for the Talent & Performance module
• Troubleshooting issues, performing testing, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver timely resolutions
• Managing and maintaining support tickets, ensuring clear routing and documentation
• Designing and delivering custom dashboards and reports for business leaders and internal teams
• Providing training, guidance and knowledge sharing to People teams and other internal stakeholders
• Supporting feature releases, updates, and new functionality across the HCM landscape
• Translating business requirements into scalable, practical Workday configurations
• Contributing to continuous improvement and best-practice standards within the team

Project details:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
