Global HCM Implementation Consultant

Are you an experienced Workday Global HCM Consultant looking for a long-term, fully remote engagement with a major enterprise client?

We’re seeking a Workday Global HCM Implementation Consultant to join a large-scale programme beginning in early 2026. This role is ideal for someone who brings deep functional HCM expertise, thrives in distributed teams, and enjoys supporting complex, multi-country Workday environments.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the implementation, configuration, and optimisation of Workday Global HCM.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on requirements gathering, documentation, and solution design.
• Assisting with testing cycles, data validation, and HCM process alignment across global business units.
• Providing ongoing functional guidance to ensure high-quality delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
• Managing tasks independently while contributing effectively to a remote project team.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Global HCM implementations.
• Background supporting enterprise-scale HR transformation programmes.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work fully remotely and manage workload across multiple time zones.
• No Workday certifications required.

Project details:

• 32 hours per week
• Fully remote
• Staff augmentation role for an enterprise Workday deployment
