Do you have games management experience and are you seeking a new remote job? Our US-based client is looking for a full-time Games Producer, and the role comes with an attractive salary of up to $80,000.  

If you love narrative games, digging into spreadsheets and schedules, solving problems in Jira, and inspiring teams with your calm grace under pressure, then you're the right person for this job.  

In your first week in this Producer role, you can expect to: 

  • Work with the team to establish milestone schedules and goals 
  • Own costs and status to collaborate on prioritisation of stakeholder input 
  • Proactively communicate milestone issues and/or create solutions for issues 
  • Collaborate with the Lead Producer to deliver the game on time and on budget. 

To apply, you will need 5+ years of experience in production and must have successfully shipped PC and/or console games. You will also need the following: 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication 
  • Ability to establish your own priorities and solve problems 
  • Remain calm and positive in the face of stress and conflict 
  • Knowledge of project management and office software, ideally Atlassian + MS Office. 

In return for your passion and expertise, you will receive an excellent benefits package, including a salary of $65,000 to $80,000.
