  • Participate in planning sessions and monitor production progress using tools such as ClickUp or other project management systems.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners to maintain efficiency and accountability.

What we're looking for...

  • Proven experience as a Producer or Project Manager within the video games, software development, or creative industries, including small or mid-sized teams.
  • Solid understanding of the full game development lifecycle, with experience in Unreal Engine considered a plus.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with project management software such as ClickUp, Jira, or similar tools.
  • Flexible and adaptable mindset, capable of working across various project types and contexts.
  • Fluency in both Italian and English (spoken and written).
  • Must be able to work on-site in Genoa or relocate prior to starting.

Nice to have...

  • Experience managing both in-house and co-development or work-for-hire projects.
  • Familiarity with the publishing process for platforms such as Steam or consoles.
  • A technical or creative background within game development.
  • Experience supporting or producing games in early access.

Why join...

  • Opportunity to work on diverse projects in a collaborative, creative studio environment.
  • Play an integral role in shaping production pipelines and delivering high-quality titles.
  • Be part of a supportive and talented team in the heart of Genoa’s thriving games industry.
