Remote Game Server Developer
We are on the hunt for a Game Server Developer with loads of experience behind them to join a thriving games studio in Israel. Does this sound like you? If so, keep reading!
As a Game Server Developer at this Israel-based studio, you will be working remotely to support backend server features of their online F2P games. This will include maintaining server structure and implementing network features in games, liaising with several other departments in the studio.
This studio works on creating MMO strategy games in their state-of-the-art studios and have seen great success in the form of several awards come from their hard work. They are constantly searching for more top talent to join them and be welcomed into their friendly and relaxed working environment.
Game Server Developer responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain server infrastructure
- Assist in integration with back office systems
- Work with client development, analytics, game design and customer support teams
- Implement network related features in game and server codes
- Develop tools for processing user data
Key requirements for this remote role:
- Significant experience of using .NET technology stack
- Experience with C# and OOP methodologies
- Strong understanding of TCP and UDP protocols
- Experience of implementing client/server architectures
- Experience with Google/Amazon cloud services
- Understanding of BigQuery and MongoDB
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
