Game Producer

As a Game Producer for our client, you'll support the development of Intellectual Property on LS. You will lead various scale game projects and collaborate on complex, multi-disciplinary titles with external development partners and internal production teams. 

In your first few weeks in this Game Producer role, you can expect to: 

• Drive the completion of project goals and facilitate communication, organisation, and accountability across all departments 
• Anticipate and manage risks outside your immediate scope, then collaborate to find solutions 
• Work to clear roadblocks and bottlenecks that may prevent the team from achieving their goals 
• Own the development and communication of schedules, roadmaps and day-to-day tasks 
• Empower, motivate and support your team to ensure project success. 

To apply for this Game Producer role, you will need to be familiar with the game development process and have the skill to communicate effectively, correctly, and succinctly with key stakeholders. You will also require the following: 

• Ability to work with team leads and directors to align priorities 
• Project and people management skills 
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to drive towards clarity 

• Knowledge of software development and project management, including agile framework
