As a Game Producer in Guildford, you will be supporting the growth of the studio and developing their portfolio. You will understand that a great manager works for their team and not the other way around, working as a part of a team to achieve goals and deliver high quality working software.

This BAFTA-winning studio has a glowing reputation for innovation in the storytelling and VR genres, with a number of critically acclaimed successful titles behind them, and some new projects in the works, it’s a great time to join the team! 

Requirements

• In depth Excel knowledge
• Understanding of project management and bug tracking software such as Jira, DevTrack, Trello, etc.
• Knowledge of narrative-led games
• Experience working in game development teams
• Detail orientated and organised

Responsibilities

• Planning projects from a ‘big picture’ level with a detailed approach, creating week-by-week task focused plans
• Working with a wide range of people in a team from the most senior to the most junior, ensuring that all are listened to and challenged
• Focus on an adaptable team management style, identifying and following through on issues and adapting the team’s approach
• Supplier management, outsourcing and testing
• Grasping Agile and Scrum
