Are you an experienced Game Producer with expertise in UX, UI, FPS production, and cross‑team coordination?

This is an opportunity to join a growing studio developing a highly realistic, immersive tactical FPS built in Unreal Engine 5. You’ll play a central role in shaping the player experience, supporting design processes, managing feature delivery, and ensuring smooth collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys bringing structure, clarity and momentum to game development.

About the role

You will oversee and manage the game development process with a strong focus on UX, UI and design coordination. Acting as the bridge between development teams and design, you’ll help prioritise tasks, manage documentation requirements, refine workflows, and support feature owners across the studio. You will contribute to improving production pipelines, evaluating player feedback and analytics, and helping guide the project through all stages of development.

What you’ll do

  • Oversee and manage development workflows with a focus on UX, UI and design priorities
  • Coordinate communication between design and development teams
  • Support designers and the creative leadership by structuring tasks, processes and timelines
  • Help prioritise design requirements and ensure clarity of upcoming features
  • Evaluate player feedback and analytics to support community‑driven development
  • Manage feature delivery with feature owners and cross‑disciplinary team leads
  • Drive improvements in production efficiency, pipelines and internal processes
  • Maintain clear documentation and support long‑term planning

What we’re looking for:

Experience

  • Shipped at least two indie titles or one AA/AAA title from start to finish, or experience on multiple AA/AAA FPS PC/console projects
  • Experience producing FPS titles, ideally with a focus on realism
  • Experience in Early Access game development (strong plus)
  • Hands‑on involvement in concept, pre‑production, production and release phases

Skills

  • Strong understanding of design, UX, UI, art and programming workflows
  • Advanced experience with JIRA, Confluence and Excel
  • Excellent communication and cross‑team coordination abilities
  • Strong analytical, organisational and project‑management skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve team dependencies and workflow bottlenecks
  • Clear sense of responsibility, prioritisation and ownership
  • Knowledge of Agile, Lean, DevOps or similar project‑management methodologies
  • Fluent English (verbal and written)
  • Eligible to work in the EU

Nice to have

  • Experience building FPS games with an emphasis on realism
  • Background in community‑driven or analytics‑driven development
