As a Game Designer, you will drive the overall game design and direction for the product. This includes responsibility for gameplay-oriented features, as well as progression and retention features. You will also collaborate with the Leads of Engineering, Art and Production to make a logical and enjoyable game experience.
In your first few weeks in this Game Designer role, you can expect to:
- Deliver the game design, including mapping out new features, refining existing proposals and communicating design intentions to the wider company
- Assist in defining the company’s overall games strategy
- Screening products being developed by 3rd parties
To apply for this Game Designer role, you will need a background in visual arts or visual design. You will also require:
- A genuine passion for written and visual language
- An affinity for our brand values of inclusivity and innovation
- Previous experience as a Game Designer in a games company
- Unity (essential)
