Our client is looking for a passionate and experienced Game Community Manager to join our inclusive and collaborative team. This full-time Game Community Manager role is based in Taguig and offers a favourable salary and benefits package. 

As the Game Community Manager for the Philippines, you will be the driving force behind our vibrant and engaged player community.  

In your first few weeks in this Community Manager role, you can expect to: 

  • Manage, guide and guide a team of reliable remote manpower to run various nationwide massive online and on-ground events, to act as customer service, gather data and user reports, PR and other marketing initiatives 
  • Spearhead the planning and implementation of market promotions and campaigns, focusing on barangay communities and educational institutions 
  • Coordinating with suppliers, reviewing materials, tracking progress, and leveraging connections for effective penetration into rural areas

  • 3+ years of experience in the gaming and marketing industry, with a solid grasp of game marketing strategies and methods, as well as insights into local marketing 
  • Proven track record in executing events and managing partnerships 
  • Familiarity with school outreach programs (highly advantageous) 
  • Proficiency in copywriting, adept at gathering and analyzing information, and possessing keen market insights coupled with rapid learning capabilities
