Skillsearch is helping a gaming company find a talented and dedicated Game Analyst to join their inclusive and welcoming team within Europe. This full-time game analytics role is remote within Europe and comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.
As a Game Analyst, you will be vital in all things analytics regarding the company's new game and working with the game studio departments of art, game design and product. You will also be the first in-house Game Analyst who will be part of the team!
In your first few weeks in this Game Analyst role, you can expect to:
- Provide various studio teams with data, information and insights
- Supply instant and quick analysis to day-to-day questions and challenges
- Recognise relevant KPIs to focus on for different parts of the product
- Collect, analyse and interpret player behaviour data
- Identify and communicate key trends and actionable development improvements
To apply for this game analytics job, you will need a Bachelor's degree in statistics, math, engineering, economics or another quantitative field. You will also require the following:
- 3+ years of experience as a Game Analyst in a game dev company
- A product-oriented approach and excellent SQL with experience in querying large, complex data sets
- Background in Data Visualisation (Qlik Sense, Grafana, Tableau)
- Exceptional communication and project management skills
- Familiarity with Mongo DB (advantageous)
