First Line Support in Liverpool

As First Line Support at this games studio in Liverpool, you will play a key role in the successful running of the team as you help set up a brand-new studio, troubleshooting IT tickets, managing meeting rooms and looking after relationships with third parties. 

This studio is working to redefine industry norms through high quality games across a range of genres. So, if you love the sound of working alongside unique games with a talented and diverse team, you will be a great fit here. 

First Line Support responsibilities: 

• Drive procurement of hardware and software 
• Expand relationships with equipment and service suppliers 
• Look after equipment and software lifecycle management 
• Create documentation of solutions 
• Solve incoming first line tickets 
• Provide onsite support 
• Look after onboarding (setting up PCs and user accounts for new hires) 
• Maintain meeting rooms 

Key requirements for this role in Liverpool: 

• Significant prior experience in a relevant role 
• Experience working with Active Directory & Google Workspace 
• Passionate about tech and IT 
• Pragmatic and love problem solving ahead of time 
• Understanding of how to bring about high quality results
