Skillsearch's client is looking for an experienced and collaborative Technical Artist to join their welcoming and friendly team on a full-time, remote basis in the UK. The role offers a favourable salary and benefits package.  

As a Technical Artist, you will use the knowledge gained from your time within the industry to help iteratively develop the existing approaches and propose new techniques to meet the technical and visual challenges of delivering a ground-breaking experience.  

In your first few weeks in this Technical Art Lead role, you can expect to: 

  • Be responsible for leading Technical Art for a project 
  • Liaise between the project team and core teams within the studio 
  • Create and maintain processes and guidelines that are easily usable by the developers across multiple teams 
  • Manage and mentor a small team of Technical Artists. 

To apply for this Technical Artist role, you will need a track record of delivering complex technical challenges and must be self-driven. You will also require the following: 

  • The ability to take a holistic view of issues 
  • Comfortable with feedback 
  • Technical Art skills, including Python development 
  • Maya experience.
