As Executive Producer, you will be responsible for opportunities and offshoots for new games that extend the franchise.
In your first few weeks in this Executive Producer role, you can expect to:
- Assess opportunities for franchise development, create business justification breakdown of opportunities into clear, understandable formats for presentation at studio, executive and board level
- Analyse new title initiatives based on internal and external tech architecture, new or established processes, content, capabilities and market opportunity
- Work with other internal client teams to support in auditing capabilities of potential external studio development partners, assess the requirements and risks of projects based on such due diligence
- Act as the connecting anchor point between internal business units and external partner studios
To apply for this Executive Producer role, you will need extensive experience with internal and external development, shipping global games (PC/console) through the product development lifecycle. You will also require the following:
- Proven ability to break strategies down into a plan for execution
- Experience managing cross-disciplinary game teams
- Thorough understanding of all game production models
