We’re looking for an Executive Producer to join Gram Games, a thriving studio with a rapidly expanding team! If you think you could play an instrumental role in leading the production team, taking responsibility over producing a high-quality title and generally driving the commercial success of games, then look no further for your next role!
This studio is owned by a games giant and is home to several top-rated titles! Executive Producer responsibilities:
- Create an organisational structure, processes and project plan
- Articulate goals and principles
- Identify issues and guide the team through them
- Define best practices for the team
- Assist the team in navigating the development process
- Be the player advocate of the team
Key requirements for this role in London:
- Extensive prior experience leading multi-disciplinary teams through all stages of development
- Have worked on three or more shipped games in an Executive Producer, Development Director or Game Director role
- Understanding of how to lead a multi-disciplinary team to success
- Plenty of hands on experience in the game development process
- Experience working with project management tools
