Executive Producer

A unique opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Executive Producer/Operations Manager to join an emerging, unannounced game studio based in Los Angeles, CA. As the first hire, you'll be a crucial part of the studio’s evolution, working closely with the Founder to shape the company’s vision, culture, and operations.

This role involves overseeing the full game production lifecycle, managing budgets, and leading a diverse team from concept to launch. You will also play a key role in defining the studio’s strategic direction and ensuring the creative vision is achieved within set timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the Founder to establish the studio’s vision and long-term goals.
• Lead the production team through the entire game development process, from concept to launch.
• Manage budgets, and resource allocation, and ensure the project meets all key deliverables.
• Build and nurture the studio culture, recruiting and onboarding new team members.
• Develop strategies for product success in the competitive gaming market.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in video game development, with a deep understanding of production processes.
• Experience managing budgets and resources in a creative environment.
• A track record of success in launching at least one console title.
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with a collaborative mindset.
